Hardware
HazSim comes with one tablet computer and one handheld device that replicates a meter. Other handhelds can be added for multiple training evolutions or sites. The hardware has ruggedized housings and comes in a padded case for secure travel. The units have an operating battery life of 8 hours.
Platform
The HazSim platform tracks and documents all training evolutions (key for internal recordkeeping and ISO reporting). The system will automatically update the hardware so long as the subscription is active. Handheld devices can be set to look like most popular gas-detection meters on the market and include both Al and A2 alarms.
